Hey! I am so glad you are here.

This mission is deeply personal for me. Changing the standard of care around pregnancy, birth, and the transition into motherhood has never been more important than it is right now. After walking through two challenging and, frankly, disappointing birth experiences of my own, I knew something had to change—not just for me, but for every woman who’s ever felt unheard, uncertain, or unsupported during one of life’s most transformative journeys.

That’s why I’m here: to empower women with knowledge, choices, and care that truly honors their voice and values. Whether you're navigating preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, or early parenthood, you deserve support that is grounded, compassionate, and tailored to you.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from East Carolina University before moving to Atlanta to pursue my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University. During that time, I became an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and served on its executive board. After graduation, I returned to serve my community as Richmond Hill’s first board-certified pediatric chiropractor—and the first perinatal-certified chiropractor in all of South Georgia.

I’ve completed additional training in techniques including Activator, TRT, MC2, Network Spinal Analysis, NeuroEmotional Technique, and cranial work—all with the goal of offering care that addresses not just the body, but the emotional and neurological layers that shape your experience.

Above all, my hope is that when you walk through our doors, you’ll feel informed, empowered, and seen. You deserve to have answers. You deserve to feel confident. And you deserve a care experience that honors the powerful, capable woman and mother you are.
